Accounts and purchases

Accounts and purchases are for adults aged 18 or over. Children may help choose what happens in the story, but cannot hold an account or buy anything.

What we make

You pick an idea (or write your own) and your child chooses what happens at each turn. The story text is written by Claude, Anthropic's AI, from your idea and choices. Every story is one of a kind and AI-written results can vary.

A story is usually 4 to 5 short pages, written and read together in a few minutes.

Reading free

Starting a story, making choices and reading the whole thing together in the page are free. Free stories are limited per device each day so everyone gets a turn. There is no PDF download until you pay.

Prices and payment

• Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Story keepsake PDF — 1 story keepsake for £4.99 / $6.49 / €5.79.
• You are charged in pounds, US dollars or euros — the currency shown when you buy. UK and euro prices include any tax; US prices add sales tax at checkout where it applies.
• These are one-off purchases, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel.
• Keepsakes left on your account are shown in Account and never expire.
• When you pay you get a PDF of the exact story you made — nothing is written again.

Delivery and refunds

• The PDF is delivered immediately after payment, so the usual 14-day cancellation right ends at that point.
• If a PDF will not open or is faulty, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund it.
• Unused keepsakes from a pack can be refunded within 14 days if you have not used them.

Your information

We store your email, account settings, purchase activity, the idea and choices you enter and the story we write. Please do not enter surnames, addresses, schools or other private details.

Privacy and deletion

Your idea and choices are sent securely to Anthropic (Claude) to write the story and to check it is age-appropriate. Finished PDFs are stored privately and only you can open them. You can download your information or delete your account and stories from Account. Required payment records may be kept for legal purposes.

Personal use and safety

Stories are for personal and family use, are never published anywhere, and are not shared with anyone else. Do not resell them, present them as your own commercial work, request unlawful or unsuitable material, or use them to train AI. We check every idea and block unsuitable requests.
